Clients must provide accurate information for visa applications and bookings. Seas & Miles is not liable for delays or denials due to incorrect information.

Payments are non-refundable once services are rendered or documents submitted to third parties.

Seas & Miles reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Flights/Hotels: Refunds follow airline or hotel policies.
• Visas: Visa processing fees are non-refundable once applications begin.
• Tours: Deposits are non-refundable after supplier confirmations.

Booking Policy

Bookings are confirmed only after deposit or full payment. Payment timelines, documentation deadlines, and refund eligibility are communicated clearly before confirmation. Late payments may result in automatic cancellations.
